I ordered the large Jackpot pizza and was very disappointed. It was black around the edges and the meat was dry and crunchy. It was way over cooked. I called and talked to the manager he didn’t want to replace it. He said that’s how it’s supposed to be. I will never go back.

Ordered from this location 3 times now. Twice took a hour for delivery once took hour and a half for delivery. Not once was my food hot. I live 5 mins away. I understand there are other deliveries but a hour to 1.5 hours for delivery only a few blocks away plus not even hot when finally arrived, that is poor servise in drivers and reastraurant. Want to mention eta when placing order was only 35 mins. Not ordering from this location aagin.

This place is amazing from their outstanding customer service to the amazing pizza and calzones they go above and beyond every time. I had an order that I admoditly ordered wrong and they fixed it for us. They are always on time and very affordable I will always use this location if I could give 10 stars I would!!!!
